In our house, the 4th of July ranks up there with Chrismas, perhaps even higher for Colin! We were able to have some quality time with family at the lake, which was GREAT. Colin is obsessed with fireworks and started planning months in advanced. Of course, we ended up with a great show! Here are a few pictures from the 4th.

After lunch we switch boats and the guys went tubing! What a sight!
The next morning we all rode up the a lookout tower for a great view of the lake and surrounding area.

As the mosquitos attacked the whole weekend, I was really looking for more of this product...Pretty sure it's NOT FDA approved, but geez, 100% Deet would really help!

The finale was awesome. Colin has truly missed his calling to be a pyrotechnician...Maybe career number 2!
